Blue team was drawn for 7 performances, Thus Red do 6.

There are 4 matinees so each team gets 2 matinees each

There are 9 evenings (inc New Years Day 4pm) so Blue gets 5 and Red gets 4

Blue team drew to start the run on Dec 22nd , thus red gets Dec 23rd

As blue starts, red ends, so Red gets Jan 3rd Eve, thus Blue gets Jan 3rd Mat

No team does a 2 performance day. This gives the chaperones a tea-time !

PARENTS MUST NOTE THAT THIS SCHEDULE IS NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY A JUNIOR MISS A PERFORMANCE THAT THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO APPEAR AT, UNLESS IT IS DUE TO ILLNESS.

IF A JUNIOR HAS TO MISS A PERFORMANCE DUE TO ILLNESS, THEIR OPPOSITE NUMBER IN THE OTHER TEAM MUST PLAY THE PERFORMANCE, THEREFORE ALL JUNIORS MUST ENSURE THEY ARE “AVAILABLE” FOR THE PERFORMANCE DAYS.
