Just to let you know that you must be doing something right, you have another 2 sell out shows, all credit to you all for what is the best Panto in the bay, I have just heard that the staff and cast of the Panto from the Princess will be coming to watch the show next week to see how it is done!!
If anyone still has not booked their seats get them to do it now or they will be disappointed seats are selling fast! Let’s make this year a record breaker year!

At last I've updated the site. Getting our summer show WOW up and running has been a bit of a challenge! Although tiring it has been great fun, the cast are a pleasure to work with and always willing to help. If you get a chance before 3rd september then come over and watch the show - you won't be dissappointed.

Hello all at Paignton Pantomime. Just a quick message to wish all auditioning for Sleeping Beauty the best of luck (and for those who have to sit on the auditioning panel, lol). I'm sure all those involved in this years production will have a fantastic time. Unfortunately I can not be part of this years production as I'm moving to Brighton to start a new job with South East Arts Council. But I very much looking forward to seeing you all smiling and singing your hearts out in the all new fabulous Palace Theatre at crimbo.
Lots of love and jelly tots, Big Gay Al

31/01/2007 Starting Here, Starting Now.
A big thank you to all that came to support our charity show on the 26th and 27th of January. We managed to make more money than the last one and it was nice to get out their infront of such support.
Thank you again, it means a lot!

Amelia Southard was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis four years ago.
Together with husband Martin, the pair are an integral part of the South Devon acting scene.
So they've rounded up the troops for a fund-raising concert at the Little Theatre in Torquay.
Amelia said it is their way of giving something back to a charity that offers a lot of support.
She said: "The concert is to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society - South Devon Branch.
"MS has totally changed my life and the MS society has been an amazing support to both Martin and I. This is our way of being able to give something back."
She added: "We did a concert a couple of years ago and raised £1,000 so we are trying to beat that target this time."
The show takes place at The Little Theatre on January 26 and 27 at 7.45pm and tickets cost just £8.
Please do come along and support this, it's a great show, really entertaining and it's all for a good cause too.
Please also email this to other members/friends you feel may be interested or to whom i have missed off the email - every little helps!
Hope to see you there
Kind Regards

To Iain and all the cast...you put on a wonderful show, and very
polished too. The dancing was spectacular! ( I also saw Exeter panto at
the Northcott, and while principals were excellent the dancing was poor).
It took me back a few years...I was Tommy the Cat in PPP's 1982!!!
I am currently living in Dublin, Ireland but may move back to Torquay.
I'll be in touch if I do!
I perform with an amateur group here (the shows are nowhere near as
polished as yours but we have fun). I still do animal parts...hehehe...I
was Esmerelda the Goose in last year's Mother Goose and I will be Broody
the Parrot in Robinson Crusoe in February! And I still dance!!!
Learning how to do a bit of hip hop now...getting up to date!
Happy New Year to all of you and once again well done!

It's all over. Many thanks to everyone who was involved with the show. The get out went smoothly, we finally finished delivering stuff back to the Palace Theatre at 1.45am after starting a de-rig at 7.30 pm approx. I am glad I dont have to do get outs every week. I admire the techie's, but I would rather stand in front of a room full of rehearsing cast members 5 evenings a week for 8 weeks, than do the get ins and get outs. I hope everyone is coming along to the panto party on saturday, and of course the de-brief meeting. What show would members like us to do next year - maybe our webmaster can put a canvassing thingy on the website !!!
