PAIGNTON PANTO – JACK AND THE BEANSTALK 2009 -  REHEARSAL SCHEDULE 

  
 

REHEARSAL START TIMES : please ensure you attend on time, ready to start at the time stated. You therefore need to arrive about 5 or 10 minutes beforehand AT LEAST to ensure you are ready to start at the correct time.

REHEARSAL TIMINGS : I will endeavour to finish by 10pm- 10.15pm, although Juniors can usually leave at 9.30 except with full runs when they must stay until the end.

ABSENCE : Absence without prior warning is not an option . Knowing what kind of commitment this show would entail, you should have organised your other commitments around it. Thus absence is really only for illness, school or work related issues, or by prior notification already given to the director. (i.e. holidays etc) If you know you are going to be late or absent for some unavoidable reason, please telephone Iain in good time OR Elaine and Amanda if it is a dancers rehearsal.

REHEARSAL DRESS : Please wear appropriate foot wear for dancing / rehearsing – No trainers.

ALL REHEARSALS ARE AT ST LUKES CHURCH HALL, SHEDDEN HILL, TORQUAY APART FROM DANCERS/JUNIORS REHEARSALS ON TUESDAY EVENINGS WHICH WILL BE AT AN ALTERNATIVE VENUE TO BE ADVISED AT THE FIRST REHEARSAL BUT LIKELY TO BE WATCOMBE SCHOOL, TORQUAY. St. Lukes Church Hall is at the junction of Shedden Hill and Warren Rd.

All cast members aged under 16 MUST bring with them to this rehearsal, a letter from parent/guardian agreeing to their photos being taken at rehearsals and show for programme and show photos and website. This letter must also give details of who will be bringing them to rehearsals and collecting them again afterwards. This letter must be signed by the parent / guardian
