The Annual General Meeting is due to take place at St Luke's Church Hall, Shedden Hill, Torquay on Sunday 4th July 2004 at 7.30pm. This is the chance for members to receive the reports from the Society's officials and to comment on the manner in which they believe the Society has been administered during the previous 12 months. They also elect members to those Committee places that have become vacant as a result of the Society's constitution, further details of which will be forwarded to the membership at the appropriate time.

After refreshments the second part of the evening is devoted to a get together for the 2004/2005 production of Jack and the Beanstalk. The full production team will be on hand to give information and advice on the show and what is expected both in the show and at the auditions.

All in all an evening not to be missed!
