VIEW SONG LIST

* REHEARSAL START TIMES : please ensure you attend on time, ready to start at the time stated. You therefore need to arrive about 5 or 10 minutes beforehand AT LEAST to ensure you are ready to start at the correct time. ARRIVING LATE IS INCONSIDERATE TO FELLOW PERFORMERS AND THE TEAM.

THE LATER YOU ARRIVE – THE LATER WE START – THE LATER YOU FINISH AND GO HOME !!!!!

* REHEARSAL TIMINGS : I will endeavour to finish by 10pm, subject to the above comments,  but at times it may be necessary to rehearse later in order to get the work done and avoid getting behind. Juniors will go at 11.45 Sunday morns, 9.15 Tuesdays usually be allowed to go at 9.30pm unless stated on the schedule.

* ABSENCE : Absence without prior warning is not an option. Knowing what kind of commitment this show would entail, you should have organised your other commitments around it. Thus absence is really only for illness, school or work related issues, or by prior notification already given to the director. (i.e. holidays etc) If you know you are going to be late or absent for some unavoidable reason, please telephone Iain in good time.

* Please also wear suitable rehearsal clothing and footwear.

* Where only one team of juniors is called (at later rehearsals) if there is illness you should ensure that your opposite in the other team covers for you. It is your responsibility to arrange this.

* NOTE : The initials on the schedule state which production team members will be present (IHD, JA , CHO) however, if JA cannot be present an accompanist will be present or we will use his self playing machine. CHO means either Elaine or Amanda or Both.

* PRINCIPALS SHOULD ENDEAVOUR TO DROP BOOKS AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN, AS THERE IS NO TIME TO SPEND WEEKS ON THE BOOK.

* ALL REHEARSALS ARE AT ST. LUKES CHURCH HALL (where auditions were) UNLESS STATED ON THE SCHEDULE.

* THE CHOREOGRAPHERS MAY REQUIRE CERTAIN PRINCIPALS TO ATTEND DANCE REHEARSALS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED AND NOTIFIED

* You can Do magic (Juniors Tap) + seniors Tap do not appear on schedule as they will be set at dancers rehearsals. With most of the rest of the numbers, the dancers and juniors will be set in these at their own rehearsals, and then the remainder of the company set in at the main rehearsal for that number.
